This is not about restaurant but their Philly-NY taxi service. Its departure time was told to be at 08:00am. Imagine you're coming at 07:40 and staff tells you it left at 07:10... (08:00 is scheduled time). They had confirmed a day before when I called that they booked one for me and noted my phone number in case of possible earlier departure which I actually asked for. Neither they called me that they are leaving one hour EARLY THAN SCHEDULED nor understood the importance of communication with customers. Anyway, poor sense of responsibility of the staff and not following the set schedules are weird and something that they need to work on.
This is a great local restaraunt. More people should try the excellent food here. Very clean and beautiful atmosphere, great service, and affordable prices. The building is very noticeable with it's ornate artwork. This is my new favorite restaurant in Northeast Philly!
Another lovely Uzbek restaurant. Lamb chop was so yummy. Everything was very freshly cooked, just perfectly prepared. Top notched service and best quality halal food.
